Living City Block is developing a business and finance model to ensure that the financial markets will provide competitive financing for energy efficiency and renewable energy:

• Packaging equity and debt financing in unique ways and serving as a 3rd party aggregator for block-wide consortiums
• Attracting energy “investors” through aggregating larger amounts of building square footage, thus creating returns that are acceptable to all parties
• Providing finance and energy account management services for shared utility rebates and tax credits
