On October 19 & 20 2010, Living City Block hosted a day and a half workshop designed to drive the creation of new financial packages that will fund deep energy efficiency retrofitting and renewable integration at a block wide scale.
Living City Block has launched its first project in the historic Lower Downtown district of Denver. As we are working to identify the opportunities for deep energy and other resource savings within our 2 blocks, we are working concurrently to assure that there will be financing available to implement the recommendations that will come out of the analysis process.
