Lower Downtown Denver has been at the leading edge of urban development many times in its past. Through Living City Denver LoDo it will be at that leading edge once again.

Located between 15th & 16th Streets and Wynkoop & Blake in the historic district of Lower Downtown Denver, the project footprint consists of 16 different buildings with over 40 owners and comprising over 750,000 square feet of aggregated building space. It is adjacent to Union Station and the 16th Street Mall, and will focus on the intersection of “Historical Preservation and Stability”

In support of the innovative and impactful work that LCB is undertaking in Denver, the US Department of Energy has granted LCB a technical assistant award through its Commercial ?Building Partnership Program. Working with our key partners the Alliance for Sustainable Colorado, the National Renewable Energy Lab and Architectural Energy Corporation, this award will allow LCB to pioneer block-wide energy efficiency and renewable integration.
